Subscription Terms — GMitra Max

The terms governing GMitra Max — our subscription programme. Required by Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.2(a) and Google Play Subscriptions policy.
#1. What GMitra Max is
GMitra Max ("Membership") is a paid programme that gives you, for the duration of an active subscription:
- Lower platform fees on food, ride, and parcel orders (per-order saving disclosed at order time).
- Free deliveries on qualifying food orders above a minimum order value.
- Priority customer support (faster first response).
- Early access to new features and city expansions.
- Exclusive offers marked "Max Only".
- Trip / ride benefits (e.g., reduced cancellation fee on first eligible cancellation per month).
- Other perks added periodically (announced in-app).
Specific benefit amounts are shown at signup and can change with notice (§7).
#2. Plans

#3. Free trial
A free trial may be offered (typically 7 days). Trial details, including end date, are shown clearly at signup.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card / wallet is charged for the first paid period automatically.
#4. Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period.
- You can cancel anytime from
Profile → GMitra Max → Cancel. - Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period continues to its scheduled end.
- For iOS purchases, you manage / cancel via Apple Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
- For Android purchases, you manage / cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions.
#5. Payment

We follow RBI's e-mandate framework — a recurring charge above the threshold requires explicit re-authentication; you'll receive a pre-debit notification.
#6. Refunds

These are in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
#7. Changes to plans / benefits / pricing
- We may change benefits, prices, or plan structures with 30 days' notice by email + in-app banner.
- For price increases, the new price applies from your next renewal date — you can cancel before then.
- Material benefit reductions trigger a re-consent on next renewal.
#8. Eligibility
- One Membership per registered account.
- Must be at least 18 years old to buy a paid plan.
- One trial per phone-number, per device, per payment method (we detect abuse).
#9. Account & device
Membership is tied to your GatiMitra account, not a specific device. Benefits apply on every device you're signed in on.
#10. Suspension
If we suspend your account per Terms of Service §15 for serious abuse, Membership is suspended without refund. Reasonable account actions (security holds, KYC review) do not affect benefit availability.
#11. Termination by GatiMitra
We may discontinue GMitra Max in a city or globally with 30 days' notice. In that case we pro-rate refund the unused portion to your original payment method or wallet.
#12. Promotional offers
Promotional rates (e.g., "₹99 for the first month") apply only to the first billing cycle and revert to standard pricing thereafter. The price-shift schedule is shown at signup.
#13. Family / multi-user sharing
Membership is not transferable. We do not offer family sharing today. Each user must purchase their own Membership.
#14. Gift subscriptions
If we introduce gift subscriptions, separate terms will apply, shown at gifting.
#15. Cashback & points
Cashback credits and loyalty points are separate from Membership benefits. Their terms are in their respective promo pages.
#16. Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST per Indian tax law. Tax invoice available in Profile → GMitra Max → Past payments.
#17. Apple-specific terms
For iOS subscribers, refund and renewal management are handled by Apple per Apple's standard subscription rules. We honour Apple's grace-period and ATT rules in full.
#18. Google-specific terms
For Android subscribers, Google Play handles payments and refunds per its standard subscription policies.
#19. Dispute / grievance
Profile → Help → Raise a ticket → Subscription. Or email payments@gatimitra.com. Escalation per Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
#20. Statutory rights
These terms are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Nothing here limits any statutory remedy.
#21. Updates
Material changes trigger an in-app re-consent.
